My role as a personal consultant is to facilitate a process where you can find your own answers. I currently reside in Switzerland, where I coordinate the Z\u00fcrich Zen Centre and participate in the Zen Peacemakers Community, in which I serve as co-spiritual director of the Zen Peacemakers Order.<\/p>\n <p>Before devoting myself fully to this path, I worked for 18 years at Banco do Brasil as a systems analyst, consultant, and instructor of methodology and didactics.
