Learning session \u00b7 the first in a series<\/div>\n

On 8 August, the Simple\u2019School Community is holding its first learning session dedicated to the methodologies and frameworks of the Voluntary Simplicity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We will incorporate practices of body awareness, meditation and skilful means to take action locally \u2014 an invitation to reflect on our individual choices and to cultivate a healthier life, full of meaning, presence and mindful freedom.<\/p>\n
Simplifying doesn\u2019t mean living a less full life. It means making room to live more mindfully.<\/div>\n

No prior knowledge is required. All you need is a sense of curiosity and a willingness to learn, practise and share.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Conscious contribution<\/h2>\n
Contributions are voluntary, with participants freely and consciously choosing the amount that best suits their circumstances. We will manage the funds raised transparently, donating half of the total to a socially responsible cause chosen by those who have signed up.<\/p>\n
Suggested contribution: R$ 50 \u00b7 any amount.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Personal mentoring<\/h2>\n
There will also be the option of personalised mentoring to support the application of these methodologies in day-to-day practice. Guidance on this will be provided during the meeting.<\/p>\n
