Specific information will be sent to those who register - which, as we have already said, is independent of payment.
About the meeting
In this series of meetings, we will share psychophysical and meditative practices, information and conceptual references related to our central theme, living well with health, meaning and lucidity in our choices.
The meetings will be independent, but organised in a systemic way over three months. In each meeting, we will address all the elements, starting with body practice, followed by meditation and the sharing of references, in a dialogical space.
The priority will be to provide experiences that can be applied in everyday life. In this sense, the approach will be objective and simple, and the references will be sent individually to the contact details provided when registering. If necessary, the facilitator will be available for direct interaction, for any questions or additional information.
In this dialogical proposal, there will be room for feedback on aspects that can be optimised to make better use of the meetings.
