Where silence and ordinary life meet.

Meditation practice and weekly dialogues with Jorge Koho Mello.

A space to cultivate presence before the hustle and bustle of the day takes over.
Every Wednesday at 7am, we get together to meditate and investigate what it means to live simply.

How our community works

Real life is complex, but practice doesn't have to be. Our community is based on two weekly pillars:

Pillar 01 - Every week

The Research Text

You receive a text written by Koho. It's not just theory - it's a starting point for observing your own routine, your challenges and your breaks.

Pillar 02 - Wednesdays at 7am

The Meeting (via Zoom)

We begin with sitting meditation - the shared silence that anchors the mind. Then we open a dialogue about the text of the week and how it resonates with our practice.

Who is this invitation for?

  • For those looking to demystify meditation and integrate it into everyday life.
  • For those who miss a community (Sangha) to sustain the practice.
  • For those who want to read and reflect on profound themes in a light and unhurried way.
