From 28 March (Saturday) to 5 April 2026 (Sunday), During the Easter period, we will experience days of simplicity, reflection and communion with nature.
Come and cultivate spirituality in everyday life, body awareness, healthy relationships and a lighter, more sustainable way of living.
The event will be held in Portuguese and/or English and/or German, depending on the needs of the participants.

- In all the modules, we will offer practices of silence, active listening, movement and conscious eating, nature trails, arts, sharing and simple rituals applicable to everyday life.
The place
“Islands of Peace” is a space-time for pause, encounter and transformation in a marvellous place. The Convento de São Francisco, on São Miguel Island in the Azores, offers the sophisticated austerity of a seventeenth-century convent on the seafront, with period furniture and contemporary paintings, large terraces and the music of fountains in the serene space of its cloisters. With large lounges, spacious and comfortable rooms, meals are shared at a convent table, in the tradition of the friars' meals, whose simple hospitality has been recreated today.

Retreat fees
How to get to São Miguel Island, Azores
Cancellation policies
- If the retreat is cancelled by the organisers, the retreat fee will be fully refunded.
- If cancelled by the participant after 15 February but before 15 March, the fee can be refunded after deducting an administrative fee of 100 euros.
- The retreat fee is non-refundable if cancelled by the participant after 15 March.
- All refunds are normally processed within 30 days of notification of cancellation.
