In this class organised by Simple'School, we talked about the topic of "War or community, the decisive choice". We are facing undeniable signs of our incompetence as a society. In many ways, all over the planet, we are experiencing wars. From the environmental crisis reaching catastrophic levels to explicit conflicts of armed violence that traumatise entire cultures for generations, our collective suffering is undeniable.

    How can we remain calm in the face of this systemic crisis? What is the relationship between structural violence and the loss of a broad sense of community? Is there an effective and viable methodology that can be applied on an individual and collective level?
