An invitation to presence and clarity.

My name is Jorge Koho Mello. My journey has been a continuous search for integration between the depth of Zen practice, the vision of systemic therapy, and the concrete challenges of everyday life.

If you are looking for a space to explore your paths, overcome challenges, and practise a lifestyle more aligned with your values, this is an invitation to an open conversation and collaborative work.

My integrative approach

I do not offer ready-made answers. My role as a personal consultant is to facilitate a process where you can find your own answers. To this end, our foundation has a few fundamental pillars, woven together to meet your unique needs:

Systemic vision

We understand that we do not exist in isolation. We look at relational, professional and personal life patterns in order to gain clarity about the dynamics that influence your choices and well-being.

Contemplative Practice (Zen)

The basis of our practice is the cultivation of mindfulness. Through traditional and contemporary methodologies, we learn to calm the mind, observe without judgement, and act with greater serenity and wisdom.

Dialogue and Communication

We integrate principles of Collaborative Dialogue, Non-Violent Communication and Conflict Management to transform the way you relate to yourself and others, allowing you to act in an evolutionary way in the context of relationships.

Regenerative Culture

My experience as an educator and facilitator in this area provides practical and applicable insight and action. Wisdom only has value when it can be lived in everyday life.

This way,
may be right for you if...

  • You seek more balance between the demands of your professional and personal life, and more conscious leadership.
  • You feel blocked or stuck in repetitive cycles in some area of your personal life, professional life, or relationships.
  • You want to deepen your self-knowledge and live with more purpose and coherence.
  • As a therapist or student, you are looking for mentoring to integrate theory and practice in a more authentic way.
  • You are simply looking for a life with more presence, freedom, integral health, and authentic personal power.

A journey of trust and experience

A summary of my journey

I work as a constructivist educator in regenerative culture, a therapist with a systemic approach, and I was ordained as a monk in the Soto Zen Buddhist tradition. I currently reside in Switzerland, where I coordinate the Zürich Zen Centre and participate in the Zen Peacemakers Community, in which I serve as co-spiritual director of the Zen Peacemakers Order.

Before devoting myself fully to this path, I worked for 18 years at Banco do Brasil as a systems analyst, consultant, and instructor of methodology and didactics. This experience in the corporate world, combined with the practice of yoga and the gentle discipline of the martial art Aikido (where I am a 2nd Dan black belt), has given me a practical understanding of today's challenges.

My quest to discover and collaborate on bridges between these universes led me to international training in communities such as Findhorn (Scotland), Schumacher College (England) and Krogerup Höjskole (Denmark), where I deepened my knowledge of regenerative culture, conflict management, community life, permaculture and simplicity as a path to social transformation.

Today, I have taken on the mission of integrating this knowledge and these practices into a mentoring and individual coaching service, focusing on systemic care that aims to improve quality of life and the practical application of wisdom in everyday life.
